FUN PLEASURE SHOW—APRIL 6, 2008
Due to the abominable weather forecast for April 5th, in the early hours, the show secretary postponed the date until April
6th. April 6th started out misting but by 8:00am, skies were clearing and the day turned out picture perfect. Our original
entry of 31 was pared down by a few but most showed up spit and polished and ready to enjoy the day. Because the
pleasure classes were so full we had to scrap the dressage times and have an open gate but thanks to our scribe, Pixie
Keating and the judge, Suzy Stafford, everything ran smooth. Nancy Tomlinson did a super job with the classes, handling
the big ponies and VSE’s in the same class with ease. Many, many thanks to all the volunteers. We couldn’t do it without
you.
